"Our boiler failed and needed replacing urgently. Jamie gave us what I thought was a very reasonable quote compared to some others I looked at and he certainly knows his stuff. Jamie arrived when he said he would and managed to get to us earlier than originally booked. He was very professional and worked late to ensure we had heat overnight. He did a fantastic job replacing our very old system which gave him some issues. I would recommend Safe Heat Solutions without any reservations at all. We are having further work done by Safe Heat Solutions early next year."

Communication is good, payment is easy and Jamie worked with us to choose a good quality boiler that was within our budget when our old one broke down and we were struggling. Polite, on time and tidy, he works really hard and explains everything. Great local family run business to support."
